Return & Refund Policy – Online Purchases

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the confirmation of order.

Requesting a Return

You can request a return through your online customer account. Once your request has been submitted, we’ll review it and send you return instructions. We aim to review return requests within 1–2 working days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, earrings and swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please submit a return request through your online customer account. Exchanges are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement item will still be in stock when your return is processed.

If an exchange is not available, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return & Refund Policy – In-Store Purchases

We do not give refunds on goods purchased in store unless they are faulty.

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, simply return the item(s) to us at our Aldeburgh store in their original, unworn condition within 28 days of purchase. Please provide your proof of purchase and ensure the goods have all their original packaging and labels. We will be happy to exchange the item or issue a credit note.
