After plenty of work behind the scenes, we’re very pleased to welcome you to the new O&C Butcher website.

It’s a fresh new home for O&C and Fleur online, designed to make it easier to browse our latest collections, discover what’s new and, importantly, enjoy a much smoother checkout.

The website may be new, but the people behind it certainly aren’t. You’ll still find the same personal service you know from O&C and Fleur, whether you’re shopping with us online or visiting us in Aldeburgh. And if you need help with sizing, fit, choosing between styles or anything else, you can still pick up the phone and speak to the team.

A new online home for O&C Butcher and Fleur

We're bringing together more of what we do into a website that’s easier to browse and shop.

You’ll find new-season womenswear and menswear, footwear and accessories alongside our growing lifestyle and gift collections, with products from O&C and Fleur all available in one place.

We’ve also made it easier to discover new arrivals, browse by brand and find inspiration – including The O&C Edit, where we’ll be sharing news from the shop, new brands, useful guides and a little more about the things we think are worth knowing about.

And there’s plenty more still to come.

A quick note about your account

If you shopped with us on the old O&C website, things may look a little different when you first sign in.

Our new website uses Shopify's customer accounts and checkout, so if you already use Shop when buying from other retailers, you may find that your account is already set up and signing in is relatively straightforward.

Otherwise, you may need to create or activate your new customer account when you first visit.

If you had money in your O&C Butcher e-wallet, your balance will have been transferred across to your new customer account as online store credit.

Have a browse

There’s plenty to discover, and we’ll be adding lots of new products over the coming days and weeks, so it’s worth popping back regularly to see what’s arrived.

As with any big move, you may also spot the odd thing that isn’t quite behaving itself. However much testing goes on behind the scenes, there are always a few things that only appear once a new website meets the real world. Hopefully anything you encounter will be temporary while we put the finishing touches in place.
