Amongst many wet, grey days we were blessed with blue skies and sunshine for our spring photoshoot. It was still pretty chilly though so hats off to our fantastic models for braving the cold northerly winds and the icy pebbles on the beach!

We were based at The Suffolk, a beautiful hotel and restaurant just over the road from us on Aldeburgh High Street. If you're looking for somewhere to escape to, it has stunning rooms designed by local interior designer, Kate Fulford and of course it's a wonderful location, a stone's throw from the sea. George and his team work wonders with local produce to create sublime dishes and the cocktails are pretty good too - you can pop into the bar if you just fancy a drink. Their terrace made for a wonderful photographic backdrop and it'll soon be open to the public so that we can all enjoy a drink up there on a summer's evening.

And to Fiona and Nutmeg the dog for unexpectedly being involved in the shoot, Sylvaine always loves to include a dog where she can and Nutmeg was probably the most excited model we've ever used!
