We’re very happy to welcome a new name to Fleur this season: FRNCH.

Parisian in spirit and wonderfully easy to wear, FRNCH is one of those labels that manages to make getting dressed feel just that little bit more interesting – without making it complicated.

Founded in Paris, the brand takes its inspiration from the city and the women who live there, mixing relaxed shapes with feminine details, great prints and plenty of colour. The result is a collection that feels put together, but never too polished.

In other words, very Fleur.

A Little Bit of Paris in Aldeburgh

What first caught our eye about FRNCH was how wearable it all is.

There are lovely pieces that do a lot of the work for you: throw-on dresses, easy shirts, great knitwear and separates that can be worn together or mixed with things you already have in your wardrobe.

There’s a distinctly French feel to it, but not in an overly precious way. Think less dressed up in Paris and more coffee, market, lunch, wander around Paris – which, as far as we’re concerned, is much more useful.

New Season, the FRNCH way

The new collection has arrived just as we’re starting to think about layers again.

Expect rich autumnal shades, interesting prints and those slightly unexpected colour combinations that make a new-season wardrobe feel fresh. There are pieces to wear now, while the days are still relatively mild, alongside plenty that will come into their own as autumn properly arrives.

We particularly like FRNCH styled simply: a statement knit with your favourite jeans, a printed piece with trainers, or a great blouse or shirt under a jacket when you need another layer.

Nothing too complicated. Just really good clothes that make an outfit.
