It's been a tough 18 months and we really wanted to give our staff the chance to let their hair down with a bit of a summer party to say thanks for all their hard work.

So we headed down to Fisher's Gin Distillery for an evening of gin tasting, tea making and delicious food. The distillery is in the most beautiful spot next to the Brudenell Hotel and commands wonderful views out to sea. It was really interesting learning about the local plants that are foraged for the gin and how the gin is made. Needless to say, spirits were very high by the end of the evening and much fun was had - thank you Fisher's for being fabulous hosts. Here's a few photos...
